Please read and familiarise yourself with the following prior to completion of your order.

Up to £10.00 value:

From £11.00 to £25.00:

And thereafter:
£3.00
Heavy or bulky items will be posted at cost. If in doubt please telephone.

Ø Most Major Credit/Debit cards accepted - Minimum order value £10.00
Ø Cheques / P.O's to be made payable to Westweald Falconry. If you have a cheque card please write number on reverse side of cheque with expiry date. Please write your order clearly and include your address, post code and telephone number in case of query. Don't forget that for many items I need to know bird species and sex. Top weight is required when ordering hoods.
Ø Goods may be returned for refund or exchange only if they are returned in an undamaged and saleable condition within a reasonable time frame. This does NOT apply to books.
Ø DVD's and videos may only be returned if found to be faulty.
Ø Due to losses incurred in the past through Parcelforce and Royal Mail, no responsibility will be accepted for lost packages once they have left our premises. If you wish your parcel to be sent insured (parcel) or by recorded delivery (1st Class) an additional sum of £0.65 should be added to the postal rates. Courier service is available at additional cost. Please telephone for rates.
Ø No responsibility will be accepted for losses incurred due to the negligent use of our equipment. Please maintain all equipment in the correct manner and check daily for signs of wear. Be aware, not bereft !
Ø All personal customer information held by Westweald Falconry will not be passed to any third party at any time under any circumstances. Credit/debit card information is kept on file only with customer consent or by customer request.
Personal callers are always welcome to look around the shop but please telephone first to avoid disappointment if I'm out with a bird!
